Our Story

Community Development Group was founded in 2019 as the result of the merging of two companies: Monopoly Team Investments LLC and Rainone Capital Investments LLC, in association with strategic partners. Our company provides services for new developing and rehabilitating existing properties in the booming areas of Independence Heights, Acre Homes, Highland Heights and throughout the Greater Houston Area.

Our Team

Laura Chiesara

Co-Director / Managing Member

Laura Chiesara, a native of Venezuela, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychopedagogy. Bachelor of Bachelor of Science: Education University Jose Maria Vargas and Associate of Applied Science: Education College Monseñor de Talavera.

She is one of the Managerial Members of this Developing and Rehabbing company. MTI was created to offer a high-quality product to satisfy the growing housing demand in the Greater Houston Area. Our combined years of managerial experience, leadership skills and knowledge of the construction process are key in the success of our organization. My primary responsibility is to work with investors to raise capital to fund our projects. I also take care of most of the designing decisions.

Ana Aponte

Operations Manager/Managing Member

Ana Aponte, a native of Venezuela, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) and a Diplomat in Business Management from the Universidad Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho (UGMA). She is a former Production Coordinator for HBO Latin American Group. More recently, she attended the American Home Inspection Training School and received a Certificate of Completion and TX Licensure as a Residential and Commercial Home Inspector. Her professional career also includes designing and managing home improvement/remodeling projects from sale thru completion. Ana’s commitment to detail, communication and leadership skills and remodeling background, makes her a perfect fit to lead our Project Management Department.
